An analysis of Roman timbers from Tanner Row

 

Tanner Row lies to the south of the Ouse in an area where the Roman transitionary period is currently under investigated and not well interpreted. This new study on some of the timbers found there aims to shed some further light on stratigraphic sequencing in the Colonia.
