We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced heritage professional to fill the role of Regional Manager. The Regional Manager is responsible for managing the team and the office in Sheffield and for generating new business opportunities, creating new external partnerships and securing externally-funded projects. They have responsibility for the overall financial performance and sustainability of the office, facilitate the development of staff skills, and encourage the sharing of expertise across the Trust as a whole.
The post-holder will be actively engaged in the heritage profession, seeking to continually develop their own skills and knowledge and contributing to the development of the profession more widely. The post-holder will be committed to disseminating archaeological knowledge to a wide audience, to fulfil the charitable remit of the Trust.
The role requires a creative and engaging approach, fostering a collaborative working environment.
